Took my car for an oil change. They called when it was ready but when I arrived, the car wasn’t washed like they said it would be. What’s the benefit of having an appointment. I did not ask for a “multi point inspection” nor did I want it. I just wanted the software update and that’s all. They then told me I needed over $1, I did not ask for a “multi point inspection” nor did I want it. I just wanted the software update and that’s all. They then told me I needed over $1,500 worth of additional services which I declined but it took over two Hours to do the update and put on two stickers on the windows. I have been to both Larry Miller Hyundai dealers in Albuquerque and I don’t want to deal with them again. More
