The sales team was super unhelpful. The finance team does not communicate anything. They did not notify me when they changed lien holder. When there was a problem with a vent in my car less than a month afte not communicate anything. They did not notify me when they changed lien holder. When there was a problem with a vent in my car less than a month after buying it, they refused to fix it claiming “that’s why the price was so low was because it has flaws” even though we still paid higher than blue book value. They “forgot” to do an emissions test when I bought it and only told me a month later right before my temp tags expired. They were supposed to send me my new temp tags and they still have not. They keep calling my dad first even though I am they only person on all the documents, the only time I ever put my dads number was for a personal reference. I have had nothing but issues since I bought my car from them. More

Mike was awesome. Very transparent and worked with us on what we were looking for. The sales side of things was quick, to the point and straight forward. My first service appointment went perfectly. I used the Hyundia Bluelink app on my phone to make my appointment and wouldn’t you know it didn’t reach the dealership. I have to add, even though I was less than impressed with the sales department, the Service Department saved the day. I will have no reservations about servicing my Hyundia at LHM on Coors. More
