So was very pleased with my actual purchase and the service I received on that day. However, I received 10-20 emails/text a day from employee at Hyundai that I had never gave my number or email to. I was so texted very rude things when I explained they didn’t have the car I looking for at the time. Your sales person told me I was crazy not to take a palisade, that was the wrong color inside and out. Also offered to sell it to me and I could just replace the leather at later date. Really? Great service experience as always, however, scheduling a service appointment was a nightmare! The online scheduling feature is not ready for prime time. After confirming that I was a returning customer, the scheduler would not allow me to proceed. Even worse was the "chat" feature. Despite providing all my contact information to the chat employee, I never received a return call. Then, when attempting to use the online "pay" service, I got as far as the signature element and was unable to proceed. Even my service advisor was unable to figure out how to make the signature feature work. While it's admirable that Larry H. Miller is attempting to modernize, features and functions that do not work serve only to frustrate customers. More
