Josh came recommended as a Hyundai technician from someone at another branded dealership and did an excellent job on my Sonata Hybrid alignment. I did purchase front and rear brake pads at the parts someone at another branded dealership and did an excellent job on my Sonata Hybrid alignment. I did purchase front and rear brake pads at the parts counter before leaving and felt the price was excessive at $133 total for both sets, brake pads are dirt cheap to manufacture. Several sales associates greeted me and and asked if I had been helped and one spent a few moments going over some of the newer model and updates I hadnt seen in the line such as G70. Overall, very polite and well executed appointment, which makes Charlotte Hyundai dealerships look like xxxx. More
