Rip off n waste of time. I had an apt for an oil change at 10am. It costed me over $45 n took almost 2 and a half hours. They no longer have a shuttle service so I had to waste my day waiting there. I asked manager after over an hour what was taking so long, he never came back to answer. I could of went to jiffy lube for 20 minutes and less than half the cost! They refused to look at locks or radio that wasn’t working anymore unless I paid $150 just to look at it. Telling you place a complete rip off and waste of your time too. More

Service scheduled was more or less performed. The initial service was an ECM & cluster upgrade, which they performed. I also had them look at the auto-stop / restart system which is not working. Service person stated battery was only 75% charged and system needs the battery at 80%. No reason given as to why my 2 year old factory battery is not charging fully, so no help there. Also Service report states that they performed a complimentary multi-point inspection of my vehicle, but they did not edit in their findings such as tire pressures, brake linings, etc. So I have to give this service event only an average rating.
