My service writer realized what the problem was before the technician and had the technician fix the problem in a short period of time. Let me start by saying that I got to this location by accident but am so happy that I did. I originally had an oil change appt at an location across the street (at the time I didn’t realize the error). T accident but am so happy that I did. The manager kindly explained that they didn’t have an appt for me and that I might have gotten the location mixed up. However he went and talked to the mechanic and was able to squeeze me in. Honestly I was in awe of their professionalism and helpfulness. It took me about the same amount of time I was going to be at the other location but my experience was amazing. I will definitely be back and will make sure it is this location I come to again. Thanks! More
Went to pick up our vehicle and the back windows were down for who knows how long. (They had our vehicle for many days.) The service tech was very unprofessional and was pushing our concerns off on whom down for who knows how long. (They had our vehicle for many days.) felt scammed out of the whole situation. they took of my tire coverage, gave me two services of oil change on a 60 month term, never told me about any of it.
