The arrogance that radiates from this business is definitely felt every time I enter. The only individuals I found pleasant to work with were Shawn and Hannah. Another individual came to assist him claiming he was a sales manager, which he was NOT. And if he is should not be. I did return and call myself fortunate to work with Shawn and Hannah. All other staff have a lot of etiquette to learn from these two individuals. I cannot give any stars because if I was grading my initial encounter I would rate 1 star. If I was rating Shawn and Hannah it would be 5 stars. So if you enter this dealership I strongly recommend asking for Hannah or go home. More
