We made an appt, diagnosed the issue, and showed them how to access/make the repair when they struggled to find it. Still took 2 hrs (inc. quick oil change), but they did the best they could, were friendly, to access/make the repair when they struggled to find it. By far the worst car buying experience I’ve ever had! So much lying and twisting of words... Salesmen did not know the features of the vehicle he was selling. Finance Officer selling dirty 3rd party warranty and offering Gap insurance that was not needed due to my large down payment. More lies occurred when attempting to get refunded the appearance protection coverage! They said that the protection has already been applied... the “we owe” document said other wise! Caught in another huge lie Larry H. Miller (LHM) Hyundai of Albuquerque! Stop lying and giving Hyundai a bad name! Shame on your dealership! Do better! SO VERY DISAPPOINTED AT THIS DEALERSHIP! I will not be returning to this Larry Miller location in the future. The “Service Writer” added two items without my approval. I purchased this vehicle from this dealership, but Someone in the Shop perform the future. The “Service Writer” added two items without my approval.
