Had a great experience purchasing the vehicle but then the lack of follow up ruined it. Cisco is awesome, others need to take his lead on customer service! POOR MANAGEMENT, SUBSTANDARD SERVICE SALES SOLD ME A 10-YR BUMPER-BUMPER WARRANTY THAT SERVICE ADVISOR DOESN'T KNOW EXIST. SERVICE MANAGER DENIES COVERAGE UNTIL I CALLED LANDCAR. KEPT MY SALES SOLD ME A 10-YR BUMPER-BUMPER WARRANTY THAT SERVICE ADVISOR DOESN'T KNOW EXIST. SERVICE MANAGER DENIES COVERAGE UNTIL I CALLED LANDCAR. KEPT MY CAR FOR OVER 8 HOURS AND WARRANTY ISSUE WAS POORLY DELIVERED. SERVICE ADVISOR EVEN GAVE ME ATTITUDE ABOUT IT. WROTE A POOR RATING ON GOOGLE AND YELP, GM REPLIED AND LEFT PHONE NUMBER FOR SERVICE RECOVERY. I CALLED 2 HOURS LATER AND HE DOESN'T EVEN REMEMBER WHICH REVIEW HE REPLIED TO. THIS MAKES ME WONDER IF THEY DO AN AUTOMATED REPLY OR THIS IS REALLY HOW THEY HANDLE POOR SERVICE DELIVERY? Lack of communication and over pricing On 10/6 I brought my 2009 Santa Fe in due to a problem with, what was determined to be, an issue with my AC/Heater control assembly. I also mentioned On 10/6 I brought my 2009 Santa Fe in due to a problem with, what was determined to be, an issue with my AC/Heater control assembly. I also mentioned I needed a headlight bulb. The tech, Martin, set an appointment for the following Friday morning. This was hand written by the tech. I never received a confirmation or reminder about the upcoming appointment. I called on 10/12 to verify the appointment. The number I called that was provided by a web search I reached the Lomas location. The lady there transferred me to the Coors location. She did not indicate that they were closed. I showed up for the diagnostic first thing on 10/13. The diagnostic took about 30 minutes. I was told they had to order the part and that they should have it to be able to do the work on 10/14. I told him I would come that morning. I received no calls at all. I showed up and was told that the part was not in. I asked if they could at least handle the bulb. I was told it was over $60 to do that. I stated that I could do less myself and walked away. On 10/16 I was finally notified that my part was in. I took my car in that night and it was competed today on 10/17. That replacement took 29 min. I was charged $665.66. The labor cost was $178.50. I received no calls except to finally tell me my part is in and my car is done. Never did I receive verification that the handwritten appointment was in the system. Never did I receive a call for any appointment. I wasted time and money. What is the labor cost per hour? More
