2017 Elantra Purchase I am a repeat customer, and have purchased one other vehicle from the dealership in the past. Surprise Purchase This is the second vehicle I've purchased from Larry Miller Hyundai and both experiences were great. However, I have to admit that working with Israel This is the second vehicle I've purchased from Larry Miller Hyundai and both experiences were great. However, I have to admit that working with Israel Shimshock was an unexpected pleasure. I brought my 2013 Santa Fe in for an oil change and had no intention of trading it in. Israel and I started chatting about feature my vehicle had and didn't have, what new vehicles offered, what great deals were available, etc. My sister had recently traded in her Santa Fe for a Tucson at Larry Miller and was loving it. Israel asked if I wanted to test drive one while I was waiting for my vehicle and I said yes. I was not at all impressed with the first Tucson I drove, kind of a base model without the electronics package. He found another one with the package I wanted but it was black, a deal breaker for me. I advised it had to be orange, no other color would due. He found an orange one and I took it for a test drive and immediately fell in love with it. Even dealing with financing was a breeze. I've never traded in a vehicle that I only had for 4 years, 10 is my norm. But this experience may just change the way I buy vehicles. More
