Buy your Hyundai in Santa Fe! I have never had a more frustrating experience with a car dealership or more gross incompetence. I am now writing a bad review on every site possible so I can write sane letters of complaint to the the Consumer Branch of the Attorney General, the BBB and Hyundai USA about the major errors. It has been six weeks and I still do not have the paperwork for it to be titled and get my plates and will not have it by the date promised that I made an appointment to get my title and license done. It took six weeks for them to pay off my trade in. Along the way it has taken hours of my time with phone calls and emails and a missed appointment to sign an incorrectly completed odometer form by a salesman who then attempted to guilt trip me into excusing his inept behavior and repeatedly wasting my time. The other LMH Hyundai dealership in town is no better. A friend was called back 3 times to sign his financing paperwork because they could not get it right. The car is great, but I am sorry I ever set foot on their lot. More
