The level of incompetence found at this location is mind boggling.. We had been attempting to order a part for our car since August and notoriously it was lost, our appointments were cancelled without our k boggling.. It took us calling twice a month, or more, to finally have our situation escalated to Anthony who finally got it addressed. It was sad it took talking to the Parts Manager and having to repeatedly call in to get our car sorted. This seems to be the trend for this dealership. Be prepared to be ignored and service being slower than anywhere else you can find. We love our Palisade but really wish there was another choice for service and parts that wasn’t on the other side of town. If you don’t have to buy a vehicle here, go elsewhere. More
