Great car buying experience We stopped in to look at a Sonata hybrid on a whim because a friend of mine's sister had purchased a hybrid and really liked it a lot. We had all int We stopped in to look at a Sonata hybrid on a whim because a friend of mine's sister had purchased a hybrid and really liked it a lot. We had all intentions of purchasing a Kia Optima based on reviews etc. We test drove the Sonata and really liked it a lot. The dealership was clean. The various personnel we met were professional and friendly without being fake. After the drive, we left to continue evaluating the various cars on our list. The following day we went back to the dealership because we decided we liked the Sonata better than the Kia. It was still a terribly hot day, even the car was hot but it did cool off. The Hyundai dealerships were having a tent sale that weekend so we had to go over to the tent sale to get our credit rating assessed since all of those personnel were at the tent and agree on a price. Dan took us back to the dealership to review the pricing and meet with the financial adviser. It was never high pressure. Dan admitted he hadn't expected to see us come back. During our discussion with the financial adviser, there had been a mix-up with the pricing but we explained what had occurred so Kevin verified it and we moved right along. We were pleased with the final cost and ended up with a red Sonata hybrid limited and love it! The sunroof is fantastic and my husband is driving better since he has the feedback from the hybrid eco information ( That's pretty sweet too!) More
