EXTENDED FAMILY My husband got stuck on his first day of work with his new job, with oil gushing out of his vehicle. After his shift, he had a tow to the dealership and was feeling desperate. Kevin Naylor, the Fixed Operations Director , assured him that we were in good hands and gave him a loner car till it got fixed. He said the dealership would take care of the costs and also detail the car since oil had gotten all over the back of it. Not only did they fix it, detail it, but also filled the gas tank!
