Great experience with LMH of Peoria. The dealership is well maintained and the sales and service people I’ve dealt with have not been high pressure. We live in Litchfield Park and purchased our 2019 Santa Fe Ultimate at the closest dealer (Not Larry Miller) thinking long term service after the sale. The few times it has been in for service has left a lot to be desired and very frustrated due to the lack of care from their service writers. I had questions and couldn't get anyone to return my voicemails or messages. Not just one occasion. This happened separate occasions and the same service writer is still working there 6 months later? I'm done. Now to Larry Miller. I received a service bulletin indicating I needed to take the vehicle in for service. I decided to check some reviews and take it to another dealer which was Larry Miller. I called and asked for service and Dirk asked how he could help and also asked how my day was going. He cheerfully had me scheduled for the next day. I arrived for my appointment and was greeted by an attendant as I pulled up, was asked who I had spoke with and the gentleman asked me to stay put a few seconds and Dirk would be right out. (None of this happened at the other dealer. I had to figure out where to park, get out of the vehicle and hunt down my service writer) Dirk came out and introduced himself, got the mileage and walked me inside where he explained in detail what they were about to do, how long it would take etc. He then showed me the waiting area and I was set. Dirk said it would take an hour. I decided to let them change the oil also so you would think it would have took much longer but it only took about 1.2 hours including a courtesy wash. Dirk came and found me when finished and even took my credit card to the payment window and brought it back so I didn't have to deal with that. I signed my name and he walked me to my car and wished me a Happy Thanksgiving and off I went. Larry Miller is twice as far as my selling dealer and I will use Larry Miller from here on out. Very happy customer and will definitely be buying our next vehicle here. More
