Disappointing I purchased my car new in 07/2016. The AC just went out and I called the service department and spoke with Jason. He informed me that there is noth I purchased my car new in 07/2016. The AC just went out and I called the service department and spoke with Jason. He informed me that there is nothing he can do about my car until Monday if I drop it off all day. Also they would not be able to take a look at it till the afternoon since schedule is pretty full with the holiday coming up. I asked if anything more serious were to happen to my car on a Saturday after 4pm again would this still be the case he said yes. This is because there is no one left working in the service department till then. I asked for any other solutions like a rental car being provided or a way to get to work on Monday. Jason stated that I would have to wait till Monday and when I drop off my car they have a shuttle that can take me within 10 miles. Well my work is not within 10 miles so that does not help me. He did inform me that they do provide rentals only if parts need to be ordered and the car is there overnight. Then I asked if there was a manager or anyone else I could speak with and he gave me a customer service number 1-800-633-5151 which after 4pm on a Saturday is also closed. I have also tried the message option online and I am waiting to see if a manager actually contacts me. I understand that AC going out in my car is not the end of the world. However we do live in AZ and with temperatures of 110 and higher having no AC can be a health issue for children and pets. It is a bit unsettling that Hyundi has this "amazing " warranty but if anything goes wrong with my car after 4pm on Saturday there is no one that can help you until Monday. I will not be purchasing another vehicle from here nor will anyone I know. To let everyone know with Mazda they take care of you and provide a rental car even for oil changes. More

Sante Fe Service Review DO NOT BUY ANY SERVICE PACKAGES FRIM THIS DEALERSHIP. I wish I had not purchased extended service or tire warranties. The service manager I have been DO NOT BUY ANY SERVICE PACKAGES FRIM THIS DEALERSHIP. I wish I had not purchased extended service or tire warranties. The service manager I have been assigned is extremely incompetent. I came in today for a regular oil change. During service they found a nail in one of my tires. Instead of calling and telling me and then repairing, they finished servicing (over an hour) and when checking out told me The service guy asked me if I wanted it fixed. REALLY?!! Like I want to keep driving on this tire? I had to tell him I had a tire warranty even though this info is on my record. Now I have to wait another hour to get it fixed. So incredibly inefficient and absolutely NO customer service. I can't wait to finish the warranty period so I can go to Rodeo Hyundai. More
