Made an appointment over the phone. When I brought my vehicle in Alexandria said they would not be able to look at it for 4 or 5 days and that I could leave it or come back next week. I live on the other side of town and it's a hassel to drive over there and arrange for a ride home. This a poor way of scheduling service. Since I had a good purchasing experience at Larry Miller I figured I'd come back to him for service but I'll probably look for a dealer closer to home. More

I was very disappointed in the way I was treated when I last visited the service department on March 10th. I had taken a day off work because Alexandria told me to bring it in at 1pm. I was next in line last visited the service department on March 10th. I had taken a day off work because Alexandria told me to bring it in at 1pm. I was next in line when other cars that came in after me were taken care of. When someone finally came over to me they asked me what my problem was and I told her my engine light came on a couple of days ago and it was still on. Alexandria told me to bring it in so they can look at it. She said I could leave my car and they will look at it on Monday. I told her I couldn't leave my car that long and had other things to do. She was very rude when she told me there were 10 other cars ahead of me. Then why did they give me a 1 pm appointment? I have been going to this dealership for over 10 years and have never been treated so badly. At this point I would never recommend this dealership to anyone and I think it's time to find another dealership for myself. More
