I had need for emergency service for a stalled vehicle, that needed to be towed to the dealership. It turns out that a part failed and required a replacement. Fortunately, the service call and the part r that needed to be towed to the dealership. It turns out that a part failed and required a replacement. Fortunately, the service call and the part replacement were covered under the warranty. More importantly, Ashleigh Ray, my long term service advisor, took care of me, on this service call. Worst Service department! They take service appointments more than they can do the service! I had appointment at 8 am and for oil change and cabin filter change they took 2 They take service appointments more than they can do the service! I had appointment at 8 am and for oil change and cabin filter change they took 2 hour 30 minutes. Their appointment system is broken. Spoke to manager called Dirik and he was awful too... Being in business for long time they should know typically how many vehicles they can address in a day and make sure to take correct number of vehicles appointment. Don't false promise customers. Take appointments for the capacity you can do the service. Dont waste people time!! I will never do business with them in future. More

My Service Advisor is Ashleigh Ray and she does everything perfect in my opinion. When I got there she let me do an "Add-On" which was not discussed prior to my appointment and handled it. It inv everything perfect in my opinion. When I got there she let me do an "Add-On" which was not discussed prior to my appointment and handled it. It involved a recall. Also, since my car was going to take quite a while to be serviced, she authorized a free concierge service for me. I was totally impressed with how I was treated in every way. Also, there was a discrepancy about Hyundai's Roadside service pricing that I questioned, and she escalated it to her manager and got it resolved. More
