Phillip's Professionalism I knew what car I wanted (Ioniq), I knew I could afford it, and I knew all about it. The first visit to the dealership was not good. I was approached I knew what car I wanted (Ioniq), I knew I could afford it, and I knew all about it. The first visit to the dealership was not good. I was approached by a female salesperson who would rather mess with her phone then show me the vehicle. She didn't know much about it or gave inaccurate information. I left to see if another dealership had one. This was the only one within 200+ miles. I made contact with the internet salesman Phillip. He was professional, prepared and ready to do business. The deal was done super fast and kudos to the finance section as well. Phillip even got me lunch while we waited for the vehicle to be detailed. While eating lunch the same inattentive female salesperson said "it's a slap in the face" referring to me going to another salesperson. I was close to walking out and not doing business ever with this dealership. Phillip maintained his professionalism and gained my respect by handling the situation with an sincere apology.
