Excellent Experience When we were looking for a new vehicle we became interested in the Hyundai Elantra. We initially visited another Hyundai dealership in town and found When we were looking for a new vehicle we became interested in the Hyundai Elantra. We initially visited another Hyundai dealership in town and found the staff to be rude and unwilling to make a deal with us, leading to an overall awful experience. We then got online and started searching the other Hyundai dealerships in town. We visited the Southwest Hyundai page and submitted an online inquiry on a new 2017 Elantra. Within 5 minutes we received a call from one of the sales representatives, Kale King. Kale was amazing and assisted with answering all of our questions, sending additional photos of the vehicle, and setting up a time for a test drive. When we arrived for our test drive, Kale had cleaned the car up and had it parked out front waiting for when we arrived. He was every knowledgeable about the vehicle and the additional services available such as BlueLink. We ended up purchasing the vehicle and had an overall wonderful experience with everyone we met from the sales staff, to finance, to the service department. We would highly recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking for a new vehicle and wanted to be treated like your business matters. More
