'Reverse' Psychology After driving my new 2014 Hyundai Accent for a few weeks, I noticed it was getting very difficult to shift into reverse. I called Mr. Fuller, who After driving my new 2014 Hyundai Accent for a few weeks, I noticed it was getting very difficult to shift into reverse. I called Mr. Fuller, who had guided me through my purchase, and explained the situation. As I had to bring a friend of mine to Albuquerque the next day (I live 100 miles away) for cancer surgery. I told him I would be coming, but couldn't give him a time for obvious reasons. He said to just bring it in. I arrived about 8 am, and Joe, the service specialist at the counter, told me they would get me right in. They did very quickly. As I was waiting in the customer lounge, Jared came in to say hello, and make sure things were going smoothly. Within an hour, Jay Shupe told me I was ready to go, took me outside, and gave me a detailed description of the work done. Turns out the shift stick had been screwed in one turn too much, and they backed it off. It works fine now. More
