You made the best out of my bad situation. About two weeks ago, I received an e-flyer touting the typical year-end clearance sale at your dealership. Having purchased a 2012 Hyundai Accen About two weeks ago, I received an e-flyer touting the typical year-end clearance sale at your dealership. Having purchased a 2012 Hyundai Accent from you previously, I decided to be daring and send you an e-mail describing the rather rough condition my vehicle demonstrated after sustaining several different dents and scrapes in a variety of parking lots. I loved my Accent, but could not afford all the deductibles I would have to pay to repair it, since so many drivers in New Mexico don't even have licenses, let alone insurance. And with each dent delivered, there was never anyone waiting with their information. Surprise? I think not. But I WAS surprised when I received a follow up response from sales associate Jared Fuller, claiming that he could probably be able to trade mine in and get a new vehicle at about the same monthly payment. I realized I would be paying for another 72 months, but I jumped at the chance to have a 'start over' car. I met with Jared Saturday morning, and was immediately impressed by his professionalism and personality. To make a long story, short, I was able to trade out of my dent-mobile and drive away in a new 2014 Accent that had even more cool standard features than my '12.
