John Mutter sold me my previous Hyundai. He was very friendly and did things promptly knowing our three month old had a short attention span! When I traded in my Hyundai for another two weeks ago...John was wonderful again and kept my now 19-month old entertained while I was signing paperwork. Sedric Hood was my finance guy for both purchases and he worked hard to get me the best deal on both purchases. The entire staff was very professional and friendly. The service department deserves kudos too! I would highly recommend Larry H. Miller Southwest Hyundai to anyone. It's a family friendly dealership! More

We have purchased three different vehicles from this Dealership, and would not have come back at all if we were not pleased. We have put over 600,000 miles on these three, and credit our “good luck” to Dealership, and would not have come back at all if we were not pleased. We have put over 600,000 miles on these three, and credit our “good luck” to the fact that we have always had them serviced by this Dealership, or if we are on a trip, by another Hyundai dealership. My guess is that 99.6 % of the reason we return are the fellows at the service desk...Jacob and Mike, and the Service Manager, James. If you take the time to build a relationship there, it will pay great dividends, as they will attempt to know both you, your driving habits and your car. They have bent over backwards to keep me on the road....a far cry from what I have experienced in other places. I have been “off warranty” for years, and they still take care of me and my wife, whatever the problem. At one point they kept a car for a number of days, searching for a Ghost Problem...one you know is there, but can not put your finger on. Turned out to be an internal leak in the gas delivery system...one they had never seen happen before. Could have left me stranded, had they not kept looking. One note....if you ever experience difficulties in any area of the your relationship with this Dealership, talk to the GM Tom Hornbeck. Tell him that the gray haired, motorcycle riding, pipe smoking old fellow with two Sonatas said that “Tom would listen, and do his best to work through the problem.” And I bet he does. More
Southwest Hyundai was a good experience. I had a bad experience at another Larry H. While 2 other dealer promised me below Invoice prices, both later did not keep their promises, and changed their price to MSRP. Southwest Hyundai's Internet Department contacted me soon after I registered in the program. They were upfront and told me they could not offer me the same price offered by the other dealers, and told me their price. The Internet Sales Dept keep in close contact with me through email and even sent me tips on testing and buying a new car. The Internet Manager is very friendly and responsive. After the deal fell through with the other 2 dealers, I decided to get the car from Southwest at the price quoted earlier. After I took over the car, I realized that I did not get the key code number. The sales consultant who sold me the car could not find the number, and I decided to contact the friendly Internet Manager. She went out of her way and found me the key code number from the Parts Department. However, be careful of the finance guy who will try hard to get you to buy the add-on package. More
