Entire appointment was erased. My appointment was scheduled, I even had the confirmation email. But upon showing up, there was no appointment. The service rep told me “no worries, I have time.” Which is great, but he didn’t apologize or seem to care that I had spent 20 minutes on the phone making the appointment, just for it to disappear. I dropped my car off at 830, he was supposed to diagnose some things and get back to us before doing any work. 4 hours later, I still hadnt heard anything. When I called, the women that answered told me “he has a line of customers and will call at his convenience.” Lastly, we had 120k mileage service done, which includes tire rotation, but were charged for tire rotation on top of that. The whole experience was really bad! Which shocked me, because I have been to this location a few times and have never been treated this way. More

It’s mostly that my husband and I were heavily confused with how many things were wrong and “in the red” with our car, when our old dealership reported those certain things to be “in the green” (we recently moved here from a different part of the state). Our old dealership was reputable and amazing, so we’re pretty skeptical with this one. Because of everything, we want to get a second opinion from another place when our next service is due. The way that one certain employee went about explaining all the things needing to be fixed felt very rushed, and I needed to get more clarification on the pricing that she breezed through. This employee put emphasis on everything and made it sound like it all was urgent and needed to be replaced and done that day, from little cosmetic fixes to big engine fixes. Maybe I’m a little too conservative about cars, but I’d never impulsively spend an extreme amount of money all in one afternoon. The original employee told me he felt that it was best that he switched to a different employee that was female because he didn’t want me to feel like I was being taken advantage of, but it was definitely the case with her. Again, she was definitely doing her job in explaining a lot of bad news, I just preferred the original employee’s help (even though he incorrectly quoted me things, but he made up for it by not charging for a part of the service). Loved this dealership/ service center when I first got my car but the last couple of times my husband and I have had to wait several hours. This last time, after a hour and a half, I saw my car come back and car but the last couple of times my husband and I have had to wait several hours. This last time, after a hour and a half, I saw my car come back and we still waited over 30min before deciding to ask someone about it because they hadn't come to tell us it was done. This was just my regular oil change service. I feel it should not have taken this long. More

This Subaru dealership is the best place I have ever bought a car. They focus on finding the car best for you and not on filling their pockets. No upselling, no BS.
