Communication between the service advisors and the technicians needs to be improved. My service advisor was great, but the guys who worked on my car did not communicate with her properly. They did not technicians needs to be improved. My service advisor was great, but the guys who worked on my car did not communicate with her properly. They did not perform the mini detail as they were supposed to the first go around, so she sent it back to them again. I waited over an hour and a half (2.5 hours total) for an oil change and mini detail. 1.5 hours of that was waiting when my car was already done but they didn’t tell my service advisor that my car was ready, so I sat in their lobby for 1.5 hours for nothing.
