Matt told me car would be done at 3:40. Waited over an hour in lobby- no car pulled to finished lane, no call out of name, no text that it was finished. Finally flagged another service rep who found the car close to 5pm. Very unhappy that I was never contacted about the service finish and that I sat for over an hour waiting for info. I had major engine work and a new clutch done by the service department at LHM Subaru in Boise, ID. The staff are very professional and friendly. Everything is handled quickly and efficiently. I was able to have coffee across the street and my car was done before I could even finish the cup. My mother waiting in the lobby for 2 hours for an oil change. Text messages and voice mails to my cell phone were unanswered due to me being at work.
