They showed up with gloves and a mask on, and made me know that they take this pandemic seriously and understand customer reservations about having strangers in their cars at this time! Since I was not the best at keeping up with my scheduled 90k and 120k maintenance visits, they did let me know that a few critical items were cracked or torn and should be addressed. To be honest, I am glad they did because I take my Subaru into the mountains a lot and am glad I was not stranded there because I had missed a repair! More
