On 10/14/19, I asked for a tune up, oil change, and alignment fix. A lot of confusion when I arrived. Was told that I could not take a car for this service. They finally let me. Called me to tell me my alignment fix. A lot of confusion when I arrived. Was told that I could not take a car for this service. They finally let me. Called me to tell me my oil change was done. Asked about alignment, said it was not done yet. They said they would do it. Drove to pick up my car. They said my alignment was off and I now needed to schedule a separate appt to get it fixed. I asked why they did not call me to tell me since I already had borrowed a car. And I had asked to have my alignment fixed when I walked in that morning since my car was “drifting.” They apologized. I waited for 30min in the service area with 5 bags of groceries and 2 children. They said that they couldn’t find the car they just gave to me or the paperwork so I would have to fill it out again. If I did not love my Subaru I would never walk in this shop again. If my husband, a white man, had walked in. I am confident that he would have gotten “perfect” service. As a female, physician of color, I experience bias like this a lot. I am very disappointed with the service at LMS and I recommend that people find there Subarus at a different dealership if possible. I worked with Kaleb Talbot who I do not see on the list. Luckily, Ryan Hatch helped me in the end and made it right. More

They also bent over backwards to make the experience easy. My only concern was that the prices of the various warranty and service options weren't made clear. They only showed the monthly payment and not the actual cost. More
