My new Subaru I used the Acura dealership for my last two cars, so this was a bit different. Even with the Covid outbreak it was pretty busy, and not so luxurious as Lyle Pearson, but I came to buy a car not for luxury. Even so, with so many people (less than usual by far I was told) it felt busy. Kent did a great job, was very patient, very thorough. Dustin too did well. He went through the paper work very quickly, which was fine as I was going on my fourth hour. I’m sure he would have slowed down if I’d asked, and I was used to the process so it wasn’t a negative. Really long waits. Say you don’t need an appt for oil change but then Long waits. Recall letter stated a one hour service and it was 8.5 hours. Inconvenient location. Service was as expected. Ryan was very helpful, but when I went to pick up car I heard he was no longer there. That was to bad as I would have liked to meet him. We were in the dealership for a total of 6 hours, from demo ride to conclusion. Service dept. is very well run and thorough, however, repair estimates were too high and need to be reviewed for initial quote. Upon complaint about one repair quote, the cost was cut 50%, really? I accidentally left my keys in the ignition. Battery was dead as a door nail the next morning. I used Subaru roadside assist to have it jumped.
