I checked the online inventory for a new Forester and was contacted by Dylan Bates. He did an excellent job keeping me informed of the inventory they had as well as expected arrivals. Due to the positive experience I had with Dylan online, I asked for him personally when I went to the dealership. He helped me find just what I was looking for in a new Forester. I found Dylan to by friendly, great at communicating, and very knowledgeable of all the features available on the latest Forester. With all the information Dylan provided, I felt comfortable making the decision to purchase the Forester Limited. In addition, Cody went out of his way to offer assistance because he had previously sold me a car. I appreciated his commitment to make sure I purchased the car I wanted at the best price. From my first contact at Larry H Miller Subaru with the sales manager (Cody) asking for someone who was calm, patient, and not pushy because I was still traumatized from an accident with an uninsured motorist who was cited, but that totaled my car 5 days before, and was having a hard time coping with all the changes and demands; to Cody finding the perfect salesman (Christian) who listened carefully and so well to what I had to say, that he showed me the perfect car and I bought the first one I looked at, and felt confident with the decision; to the finance person (John) who was also professional, kind and had a freshly sanitized office; to the person who should ultimately get credit for me being there (Matt Hefner) who had a long and helpful history with me and my previous Subaru that I thought I would have for life. Matt always said he would help me get connected with good people and get a good deal if I ever decided to buy a new car. So when I came in looking for Matt and he wasn't there, everyone else took over and I got connected with good people and got a good deal. I think that says a lot for this dealership and the kind of people that work there. What they do is open and transparent with the pricing and there were no secrets or games played. I wanted to go back and "Pretty Woman" the dealership in Nampa, because they made a huge mistake! So thank you Larry H. Miller Subaru. I love my new used car. More
Rotation of tires. I was saddened that the tires were not rotated. They said that they were. I then showed service person (Jason) that I had marked the tire on the rig I was saddened that the tires were not rotated. They said that they were. I then showed service person (Jason) that I had marked the tire on the right front. That tire was still there. Then car was taken back and tires rotated. This isn't the first time tires were not rotated. This was only time I could prove it. They always put at needed on the rotation. I feel that they are not following tire guidelines. I bought my car here and all the service has been done here. More
