I took my Forester in for two recalls. They had to wait on parts for one of them. The staff, especially Liz, contact, were very helpful and friendly. The repair was going to take most of the day, so they gave me a loaner car. This was a great move for two reasons. I didn't need to take a shuttle or have my wife pick me up. Also, I got to see the latest features on a nearly new Subaru Outback. This makes me more likely to buy a newer car. Overall a great experience. More
