Service was not what they promised. I was told that my repairs would take 3 hours. I made an appointment for 7am the next day. When I arrived I had to wait 30 minutes before talking to a I was told that my repairs would take 3 hours. I made an appointment for 7am the next day. When I arrived I had to wait 30 minutes before talking to a service tech. It took over 5.5 hours and not one call from the service department to let me know what was happening.. I plan to be in at 7 and done by 10 so my day would not be wasted at the dealership. You think they would offer a free oil change to compensate for my inconvenience but that didn’t happen. More

Review from 10/16 I made an appointment a few days ago for 7 am. I was the second person there when I arrived at 0630 to make sure I was early to be seen at 0700. I didn’t get out of the dealer till 0945 hours for having an oil change. Oil Change was done right and everyone was nice and professional but took longer then I thought I think. They washed my vehicle which I appreciated but whatever was used to spray down my vehicle, stained my black rims pretty bad. Left some nasty stains on my rims that I was not able to get off when I arrived at home. Overall experience was satisfactory there but will probably not have my car washed anymore and will probably stick to my usual dealer I have my vehicle serviced at More
