What can I say, carmax is always great searched online found the car I liked and they shipped it to norco quickly. Norco was great, they had it ready for me, I’d alway prefer a nice detail on the wash but the car was as advertised. Exoress pick up was about 40 minutes only because I got there right when they opened otherwise great experience.

Owen, our internet contact, was very kind and helpful on the phone and made us feel genuinely welcome as soon as we arrived at the dealership. JC, our salesperson, was knowledgeable, respectful, patient, and never pushy. We never felt rushed into making a decision or pressured while working on the deal. He gave us the opportunity to test-drive two different vehicles and made the entire process feel comfortable and stress-free. Halston, the manager, was also extremely kind and cooperative while working with us on the numbers. We originally came in looking at a used 2025 Camry, but he was able to work out a much better deal for us on a brand-new 2026 Camry, which we are very happy with. I went in for an oil change service with an appointment and was told it would take an hour and a half with a car wash. I was okay with waiting but it wasn't done until three hours later. There was no communication except for me asking the cashier if my truck was ready. I was finally informed by the service guy it was ready. I paid and I gave my ticket to the porter to bring my truck around it took another twenty plus minutes and was not washed. I called and complained to the service manager about my experience and all that was offered was for me to bring my truck down to get washed. I guess if you pay extra for a service contract they don't care because they already have your money.
