Rob is always friendly with great friendly customer service! I made my appointment to have an oil change with Rob. I ended up showing up about an hour early and they were very busy. Rob was so friendly and said it was fine to come early. He went through all my concerns with my car and when I told him about a few drops of oil leaking he said they would be sure to look into it further as it is not common for a car that's only 11 months old to do this. He called me a few hours later stating a gasket was leaking and being under warranty they would take care of it. I was so relieved to hear they were going to take care of it at no cost. I also was glad he took the time to really check it out since it was a very small leak. I did have to leave the car there for 2.5 days but that was due to the location of the gasket (they had to remove my transmission to get to it) and he made it easy with the constant calls / updates from start to finish. Love this guy!! I have only had good experiences here from my purchase in feb 2016 (Camery) and my two times dealing with the service department for routine maint.. (well until the oil leak....but that isn't the dealerships fault) I will always be a customer....... More

Great Service! I just had my car serviced at Larry H. Miller Toyta in Corona and I am very pleased. When I arrived I was immediately assisted by Paul who explained I just had my car serviced at Larry H. Miller Toyta in Corona and I am very pleased. When I arrived I was immediately assisted by Paul who explained the service to be done and directed me to the waiting area where I enjoyed donuts and hot chocolate while my car was being serviced. During my wait, Paul came over to get permission to install new wiper blades and a short time later the car was ready. The charge for service was reasonable. All in all the whole experience-from the informative explanation about service, to the clean pleasant waiting area, concluding with the friendly cashier- was great. I live in Orange County but the drive to Corona is worth it for such good service. More
