It is ridiculous they call to make an appointment we set up an appointment for first thing in the morning at 7 AM we are there by 6:35 AM we are the second person there they start at seven all we’re doing i up an appointment for first thing in the morning at 7 AM we are there by 6:35 AM we are the second person there they start at seven all we’re doing is having an oil change and regular maintenance service it took two hours what’s the point of making an appointment??? Then they want to sell us filters for the engine and the glove compartment for $100 with installation (YouTube it it is so simple) and if we wanted the car washed it would’ve been another hour and then my husband asked if they put windshield wiper fluid because the last time we went it looked like just plain water he said if we wanted windshield wiper fluid it would cost five dollars more can’t wait until we get our last oil changed there and then never going back.
