From the friendly, cheerful, and affirming voices answering the phones, to the professional, friendly, knowledgeable interaction with Andrew, who was 'in charge' of the solution to my Scion 2016 unus answering the phones, to the professional, friendly, knowledgeable interaction with Andrew, who was 'in charge' of the solution to my Scion 2016 unusual problem--- I felt well-treated, cared-for, my concerns listened to respect and courtesy, and I felt the service crew did their best to figure out a strange problem with the entertainment /phone system trying to find the most economical efficient solution. I was frustrated with the original problem (not LHM Corona's fault!!) and though I ended up having to pay for an expensive part, it did indeed solve the problem comprehensively and conclusively. The whole experience at this dealership assured me that the high recommendations I've received from other service providers who said 'if you have to go to a dealership, go to THIS ONE!' was totally justified. Many thanks from all the staff who treated me kindly and patiently during a long process of trying to figure out how to fix an unusual problem. I felt as if I were a valued customer and that my business would be warmly welcomed for another visit (which I hope doesn't happen again soon unless it means regular scheduled upkeep -- smile!).
