Worst Customer Service! I had a 10AM appointment with Larry H. Miller Corona for Oil & Filter Change on 10/19/19. I was told by Service Advisor "Richard Gluck" that wait is I had a 10AM appointment with Larry H. Miller Corona for Oil & Filter Change on 10/19/19. I was told by Service Advisor "Richard Gluck" that wait is 3hrs. After 3hrs of waiting, I looked for Richard Gluck for an update on my vehicle but he was nowhere to be found. After another 15minutes I looked for Richard Gluck, but again he was nowhere to be found. Another 15mins passed and no Richard Gluck. After 3 1/2 hours of waiting, I finally discovered that the vehicle was sitting in the lot "UNTOCHED". Horrible! Terrible! The WORST Service People! Tried several times to submit a formal complain with the Service Manager Dustin De Leon but in vain. Evidently, Dustin De Leon does not accept complains. More

My car suddenly broke down.. a bunch of lights came on the dashboard and my steering wheel locked up. I called to make an appointment and they serviced my car right away.
