I’ve already talk to Jonathan about this situation, he said come back whenever I’m in the area, again an inconvenience for myself. For your dealership it’s an easy fix for me to take time out of my own schedule for your mistakes. Also the turnaround for service was extremely long, this is my first Toyota, coming from GMC. Drop off at 7am for oil change and tire rotation takes over 5 hours, with a 7am appointment. Honestly it just doesn’t meet my standards for customer service.

I also confirmed the tires would be rotated during this service. The advisor asked me to leave the key lock in the cup holder which I did. When I reviewed the paper it shows no rotation. Key not provided. The key lock was left in the drivers side cup holder just like I was directed to do. Very sad I have to driver to another dealer to get good service.
