Got my Venza from LA, but came here for first 5000 miles service. When I just tried to asked about my “second key fob” issued. Had an appointment 9am. I was told a tire rotation would take between 1-1.5hrs. I ended up being there 3hrs. After my truck was ready. The Service representative and most of the service experience was awesome. I washed my vehicle just before I came in to your dealership and was not too thrilled to find greasy fingerprints on my driv experience was awesome.
