All went well as expected My 4runner went in for the first scheduled maintenance, all went well from the making appointment. The only area I would like to see improved is the check in time at the day I brought in the vehicle, it took too long. My service adviser Richard Gluck has too many appointments at the same time and other Advisers did not make an attempt to help. I had to wait for over 15 minutes to talk to Richard, all this time he was working as hard and fast as he could. More

I wish you had loaner cars The dealership itself is great with a wonderful team. I just wish you guys would provide loaner cars on services that take a while. I was told that my service would be about 4+ hours so I asked if they give loaners like most dealers on extended service. However I was told that I need a lexus for that. Not exactly the best response after I was told loaners are provided by someone over the phone as well as corporate. I hope that this is something you look to incorporate. I wasn't able to leave the car because of this reason. More

Excellent service !!! I had a flat tire and happened to leave after service hrs on Sat and I got the vehicle ready by Monday. It was covered under Toyota Wheels and Tires I had a flat tire and happened to leave after service hrs on Sat and I got the vehicle ready by Monday. It was covered under Toyota Wheels and Tires and my tires got replaced brand new. Very happy with the service. Also got a complimentary shuttle ride back to pick-up by my wife.
