Horrible experience Horrible Place! Ok, up front we all know that nobody likes to deal with car sales people because they are just trying to rip you as bad as they can. Horrible Place! Ok, up front we all know that nobody likes to deal with car sales people because they are just trying to rip you as bad as they can. When I purchase a new car, I decide what i want and do my homework. I had a car that i wanted and the price that I was willing to pay for it, so it should make it really easy for the dealers that I call ... can you sell me this car at this price? Yes or No? I made it VERY CLEAR on the phone that this was not negotiable, no hassle offer and agreement. Well, I called this place and spoke with Maximo ... who after speaking with his manager ASSURED me that they would do it and I agreed that I would be there within an hour. Well, my family and I showed up only to be put through the ringer ... so they thought! They tried their best to butter us up and then came the paperwork ... with a price WAY higher than what Maximo agreed with me on earlier. Maximo was smart though, he had passed us off to another salesman (Mike) who tried to rip us ... but when this happened I calmly walked over to the other table where Maximo was trying to ring out another poor family I'm sure and asked if I could talk to him. Maximo then came over and tried to pass it off on his manager, "my manager didn't understand correctly that you wanted the Hybrid!" At which point I caught him in a bold faced lie, because on the phone earlier I couldn't think of the word "Hybrid" for a couple of seconds (brain fart) and he jumped in and helped me say it! When I reminded him of his short memory and lies ... he just had that deer in the headlights look! I asked them if they were going to honor the deal that they had made with me on the phone and they told me they couldn't ... so we drove up the road to Mossy Toyota which proudly and professionally gave us the deal ... no questions or haggling needed! We have been a Toyota family and always will be and these guys at Lemon Grove Toyota are a disgrace! More

Her experience, courtesy, and willingness t The one Service rep I always ask for is Trudy, who is “ one “ of two professional, female service people. Her experience, courtesy, and willingness to seek out an answer, when a car problem comes up is refreshing. If you need an explanation about your car, she will seek out the alternatives and speak plainly for clarity and your understanding of what needs to be done, and how soon action needs to be taken.. She is low key in making you feel welcome, and asks if you need a way home. She manages to organize and complete your service order, in a timely manner, and “ not” have you sehedule another day to finish up. Miller dealership is welcoming, and makes you comfortable if you must wait for service, with tasty treats such as beverages: coffee and tea, donuts and fresh popcorn. Most people there are pleasant and have a helping spirit. More
