Shady deal at a shady dealership This was the worst car buying experience I have ever had. The odometer was 2k higher than the contract, there was tan paint on the exterior, they misr This was the worst car buying experience I have ever had. The odometer was 2k higher than the contract, there was tan paint on the exterior, they misrepresented the value of the car, they cashed the finance check before sending over any of the required documents to the finance company I went through. Joe V. Clearly needs training since he doesn't know what blue book is. Hugh was condescending and insulting. The receptionists don't give a care that other employees caused a mess for me and just transfer me to voicemails. I felt like I just did business with the mob, this whole experience was shady. I already submitted a letter of complaint to the BBB and am mailing a letter to the California State Attorney General tomorrow. DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE! More
