I took my car in for a routine maintenance, they told me I need my catalytic converter changed, I agreed, a few months later the converter goes bad I take the vehicle back in for a replacement, they told me I need my catalytic converter changed, I agreed, a few months later the converter goes bad I take the vehicle back in for a replacement, they told me they won’t replace it because my car has other issues that’s causing the converter to go bad despite 2 other licensed local mechanics telling me there is absolutely nothing wrong with my car other than having a defective converter. Despite me having a one year warranty, they still refused to change it. I’m in the process of filing a lawsuit against them. Thieves!!! More
