SERVICE VISIT

I have been in the service today, I went early because I have emergency at the time of dropping off the car, my service provider name Va, I was waiting her for 35 min in the line to check car in, all the ca have emergency at the time of dropping off the car, my service provider name Va, I was waiting her for 35 min in the line to check car in, all the car front and back were check in, I was so upset from what happened, when I went to her and explained to her why all that wait, she told me just wait we have short of stuff, and that not true. After that there was a very good service provider his name Alb...he came and helped me when he saw me wait all that time. I will make sure next time not schedule appointment with this service provider VA. Thank Alb for your help. Regard. More

I took my car from the service department 6 hours ago and it stop working while we are picking up medication for my son that has fever. My car suddenly turns on but doesn’t drive. All of the lights are on an it stop working while we are picking up medication for my son that has fever. My car suddenly turns on but doesn’t drive. All of the lights are on and I called Toyota road side assistance and they only do free towing to dealership if it’s still open. It’s 6:50 pm they closed one hour ago. If the toe truck take our car home we will have to pay out of pocket. I didn’t have any issue with the car before the service appointment today. More
