The sales person was not knowledgeable about the van. When we took a test drive I asked several questions about the car but she was too involved in texting that she ignored me. When she was finished with her texting she said she was texting a client. She should have told the person that she was with a client and she’d get back with them. I like my van but I came away with a foul feeling about the sales person. More

Eric ( i didn’t get his last name) was kind enough to help me locate the opening of the hood, location of the oil and coolant. Trudy Roux was friendly and professional.
