Hector did a great job helping me out and getting me into a well priced rav4 prime and I appreciated the extra effort to try and accommodate my family and I. The environment was nice and chill, but the only thing was that there were small things that caused delays making me stay about an hour and a half more than I wanted, but overall a generally pleasant experience.
