First time taking my RAV4 in for 5000 miles maintenance. As always someone came right out for my 7am appt. Service Rep was Scott and was great explaining everything for this appt. ***MOM WIN! !*** Very accommodating for a morning oil change with a 3, 4 and 5yr old. Plus my boys were happy with snacks, cartoons and the big truck in the lobby they could check out. Oh, and the synthetic oil change was HALF the price of Oil Changers, where I typically go n we all sit in a hot car for 30mins fighting over the phone. We are def coming back! More
