Just a full report, that came with my requested oil and air filter change, of things that needed attending to with clear pricing for when I was ready to proceed. As I was leaving I noticed the cabin air fan was making a strange noise. I told one of the service team and they took care of it immediately. I only wish I had known of this Toyota center long ago. They take other cars as well, so I will be bringing my Ford in soon. More

Hector did a great job helping me out and getting me into a well priced rav4 prime and I appreciated the extra effort to try and accommodate my family and I. The environment was nice and chill, but the only thing was that there were small things that caused delays making me stay about an hour and a half more than I wanted, but overall a generally pleasant experience. Also had basically no wiggle room to negotiate price but it could have been due to how steep the labor day sale discount was. Thank you guys again! More
