Alberto did a great job servicing my Prius! Much better than my experience at Norm Reeves Toyota. I will never take any car to Norm Reeves Toyota in San Diego again!!! After paying over $1700 for repairs, my dashboard came back with three trim pieces broken that were not there when I dropped it off. I wasn't made aware of the damage and drove off the lot. It wasn't until 490 miles later that I noticed the damage and when I brought it up to the service advisor Luis, Service Manager Larry and General Manager David, all three accused me of damaging the car myself and they refused to fix all but one piece. My car went to the dealership with the dashboard intact, and it was returned to me broken and they refused to take responsibility for damage they caused. I am an honest person and expected honesty and professionalism, but this dealership is the epitome of the stereotype, unethical, uncaring, and only after your money. Save yourself the money, stress, and grief and go anywhere but Norm Reeves Toyota!!! More
