Jen reached out after my initial review to schedule my paint protection appliqués to be reins to ensure all my questions and concerns were addressed. Jen reached out after my initial review to schedule my paint protection appliqués to be reinstalled and provided me with a rental car in the meantime. My initial review shared that the paint appliqués were aligned poorly and had bubbles. Jen kept me updated on the repairs and made sure that the repair was done acceptably before returning my vehicle. Additionally, I had some questions about my sales contract. Jen served as a liaison to ensure my questions were addressed. Kyle Stevens was able to answer my additional questions and resolve the concerns.
