Customer Service: my sales agent forgot me already after I bought the car. He promised to give me a call about the cleats that I was supposed to get but hasn’t delivered. I received a dirty floor mat taken I bought the car. He promised to give me a call about the cleats that I was supposed to get but hasn’t delivered. I received a dirty floor mat taken from another car since the truck I bought did not have one. Sales agent did not even offer any type of refreshment considering that we were there for almost 6 hours and the facility did not even have any water or even vending machines available. I am also still waiting for a call to set an appointment since dealer added some items on top of truck’s market value that were not even installed. The only positive thing about this dealership was the appraisal for my trade-in that was a bit higher than the offers I received from other dealers. Will not recommend this dealership. In fact, I will discourage my family, friends ans Sailors to go to this dealership More
